Shipping Instructions
To ensure your flowers arrive in the best condition,
Follow these steps:
Caring For Your Flowers Before Shipping
Before & during your event:

be gentle with your flowers, avoid touching or bruising the petals

Store in a vase with fresh water when not being held
-
For my brides, Avoid a bouquet toss! At least with any flowers you plan to preserve. if you have your heart set on this, throw one of the bridesmaids bouquets instead
After your event:
-
store flowers in a vase with fresh water in a cool place
Prepare

Remove ribbons & any special attachments or heirlooms

Trim the stems1/2"-1" at a diagonal with sharp scissors

pat your flowers dry

Wrap

Loosely wrap flowers in tissue paper
-
do not wrap in plastic, bubble wrap, or anything damp to prevent molding
Package

Choose a sturdy box
-
Line the bottom with crumbled tissue paper
-
place your wrapped bouquet in the center with tissue paper on the sides to secure it in place
-
cover top with more tissue paper

Label

Secure the box shut with packing tape

Place a "FRAGILE" label on the box
You can print this one and tape it to your box if you don't have any on hand

To keep order straight, please include customer name, order #, and phone number on the outside of your package
Ship

overnight ship your flowers within 24-48 hours following your event.

UPS & FedEx are preferred for shipping as they are open on weekends.
-
DO NOT request a 'signature for delivery'. this could delay your flowers arrival.
