Returns
Except as otherwise provided herein, all sales are final. Due to the personalized nature of our custom-made pieces, we do not offer returns on any completed products. Each piece is uniquely crafted using the flowers provided by our clients, making it impossible to resell or repurpose items once the preservation process has begun. However, we are dedicated to ensuring your satisfaction and will work closely with you throughout the preservation process to achieve the best possible results.
Cancellations & Refunds
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may require you to cancel your order. For custom preservation orders canceled within 24 hours of purchase, we will issue a full (100%) refund.
If requesting a custom preservation order cancellation outside of 24 hours after purchasing, no refunds are accepted. There are no exceptions for this.
Flower arrival dates may be rescheduled at any time with no extra fees. Clients may use their retainer fee as a credit for any date within 1 year of the scheduled date.
Once we have received your flowers, no refunds are available, as the preservation process begins immediately upon receipt. If flowers arrive in poor condition, we will address this on a case-by-case basis to ensure the best possible outcome.
Please note that gift cards are non-refundable.
